Changing domain contact details
The domain contact details of the domain holder and admin contact (technical contact) for domains registered via Cloud Manager (status “registered”) can be changed. To edit domain contact details, click on the “Edit” button (pencil icon) in the “Contact details” section. Please note that changes in the contact details for one domain may also affect other domains if the domains are in the same handle group. For example, if you have several “.de” domains, changes in the contact details for one domain will also automatically change the contact details of all other “.de” domains. Changes in certain contact details, such as the email address, have to be confirmed by the respective contact. To this end, the specified contact person will receive an email at the (previously existing) specified email address with a request to confirm the change of contact details via a confirmation link. The contact details will only be changed once confirmation is received.
