Groups

To simplify administrative tasks, you can bundle users into groups so that, at a later date, it only takes a few steps to change user or product data, for example. To allocate users to a group, you can use two functions in the user overview to save users as a group and to add users to an existing group.

All groups are displayed in the overview list. You can switch to the detailed view for a group by clicking on an individual group. This then gives you the option to edit group data.

The group management also gives you the option of creating new groups or deleting existing groups.
