Editing personal data

To edit the personal data of all group members, click on the pencil icon in the “Personal data” data box. You can then change the data displayed in the edit view.

Please note that the modified personal data is always changed for all members of the group, regardless of whether the data was previously different for all users. If, for example, the role of the group members is displayed as “different values” and you then change this to the “User” role, all group members will be assigned to this role. If there is a user with the role of “Technical Administrator” in the group, it is not possible to change the roles for members of this group.

In the “Department” and “Location” selection fields, you can either remove the entry for all group members (empty the field) or specify one entry from the selection for all group members.
