Widgets
You can get a quick overview of the most important information in various widgets on the home page. You can change the positions of the individual widgets on the home page by simply dragging and dropping. You can also hide the contents of the widgets by closing them: just select the icon at the top-right edge of the widget.
“Welcome” widget
In addition to information on your last login, as an administrator, you will also see the contact information for your service desk here. As a user, you will see the contact information for your administrator at this point.
“Storage space” widget
This gives you an overview of the storage used for the 3 most heavily used mailboxes, as well as the total storage used by your mailboxes and SharePoint site collections.
“Quotas” widget
This gives you a general overview of the products you have ordered
“Users” widget
This gives you an overview of users that have already been created and any existing assignments of individual products.
“Your services” widget
This gives you status information on the availability of services you have booked. You can also switch directly to the web interfaces of those services, such as Outlook Web Access.
“Process monitor” widget
This gives you a list of administrative tasks performed in the past 24 hours, such as the blocking, unblocking, creation or deletion of users. This allows you to monitor the status of execution for more lengthy administrative tasks. This feature also allows you to track all administrative activities.
“Address book” widget
This is where you can search the Exchange address book for users and contacts.
“Notifications” widget
This is where you receive notifications concerning your own user profile, such as product assignments.
“Your SharePoint site collections” widget
This is where you can see SharePoint site collections for which you have been set up as administrator.
