Log in to the Cloud Manager

Use your Cloud Manager login name and password to log into the Telekom Cloud Manager.

Important note: The registration procedure or the activation of your access differs depending on your product booking. The various activation and login procedures are described in detail below.


Activation and registration for business customers

As a technical administrator (main administrator) you will receive a welcome email after the first product booking with instructions on how to activate your access. You must assign your own password when you activate your access. If you have not yet received this welcome email, we ask for your patience. As a rule, your welcome email will be sent within a few minutes of the product booking. If you have not received a welcome email after a long time, please use the “Request activation email again” function on the cloud manager’s login page.

As a user or additional administrator, you will receive your login data (login name and password) from your technical administrator. You can then log into the Telekom Cloud Manager with this login data. After logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.

Note: As a business customer with a product booking via https://kundencenter.telekom.de, the information on activation and registration under “Activation and registration for private and business customers with a product booking via the Telekom Customer Center” applies.


Activation and registration for private and business customers with product booking via the Telekom Customer Center

If you have booked a product for a public cloud product via the Telekom Customer Center, you must first register as a technical administrator (main administrator). To do this, please call up the following address: https://registrierung.telekom-cloudcenter.de/

Then log in with your Telekom login and complete your order data. After you have provided your products, you will then receive a welcome email with instructions on how to activate your access. You must assign your own password when you activate your access. If you have not yet received this welcome email, we ask for your patience. As a rule, your welcome email will be sent within a few minutes of completing your initial registration. If you have not received a welcome email after a long time, please use the “Request activation email again” function on the cloud manager’s login page.

As a user or additional administrator, you will receive your login data (login name and password) from your technical administrator. You can then log into the Telekom Cloud Manager with this login data. After logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.


Registration for customers with product booking via TelekomCLOUD

If you have made the product booking via https://cloud.telekom.de, you can log into the Cloud Manager as a technical administrator (main administrator) exclusively with your TelekomCLOUD account. After booking the product, you will receive a welcome email with instructions for booking and a direct link for logging into the Telekom Cloud Manager. Alternatively, select the option for alternative login “Login using your account at: TelekomCLOUD” on the login page.

As a user or additional administrator, you will receive your login data (login name and password) from your technical administrator. You can then log into the Telekom Cloud Manager with this login data. After logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password.
