Edit Email Protect Pro license

To edit a user’s E-Mail Protect Pro license data, select the pencil symbol in the “E-Mail Protect Pro license data” data box. You can then make the following changes in edit mode:

• Adding additional email addresses (aliases)
• Removing email addresses (aliases)
• Changing the mail host
• Setting the primary email address
• Activate/deactivate additional product options
• Enable/disable additional security options

Please note that activating additional product and security options is only possible if you have freely available licenses for the respective options.

Assign Email Protect Pro license

You can assign a license to a user without an assigned E-Mail Protect Pro license in the “E-Mail Protect Pro license data” data box and configure the license data accordingly. The same functions are available for configuration as for editing (see above). To do this, select the “Assign Email Protect Pro” button. You will then be taken to the view for assigning the license.
