Mailbox administration
This is where junk mailboxes are created for routed email addresses. All addresses used here must first be created in the “Routing” menu.

Standard email address.

Creating a new mailbox
Username
Standard email address.
Name
Free text.
Mailbox COS
This is where you select the appropriate class that has previously been created under the menu item “Mailbox COS”.
Password
Choose a password that consists of at least four characters.
Repeat password
Repeat the password you specified above.
Mailbox size (MB)
Maximum size of the mailbox in megabytes. Set the value to “0” if you do not want to specify a size limit.
Activ
Activation or deactivation of this mailbox entry.
Junk-mail report to
This is where you specify the recipient of the junk-mail report if it is not to be sent to the user but to one or more other recipients (e.g., a mailing list).
Distribution list:
Enable if this is a distribution list. Emails are forwarded to the members of this list.
Members
List of members. Multiple addresses can be entered with delimiters (comma or semicolon) or one address per row.
Error message to
Email address where the error messages for this distribution list are to be sent. Multiple addresses can be entered with delimiters (comma or semicolon).
Only members
Enable if only members are allowed to send emails to this distribution list.
External members
Enable if non-local email addresses are allowed to be included in this list.
Editing a mailbox
New messages:
The number of new messages for which no spam report has yet been sent.
Current messages
Number of messages for which a report has been sent.
Blocked
Junk mailbox is temporarily blocked while a report is being produced. A block can be removed with unblock.
Last check
Date on which the last indexing took place.
Last junk mail report
Date on which the last junk mail report was sent.
Re-index
Emails in the junk mailbox are re-indexed.
Delete folder
Completely delete a junk-mail folder.
Unblock
Unblocking of the junk mailbox (only in case of error).
Send report
“Send report” triggers the immediate dispatch of the spam report to the relevant address.
Send a new registration email
Sending of a new registration email to the user (only in case of error)
Display mailbox
Only users with the “Admin mailbox” level see this button. This is where the users’ mailboxes can be viewed.
