Withdrawing product assignments for group members

You can also withdraw existing product assignments for group members in the group details. To do this, click on the appropriate button to delete or withdraw product and/or license assignments in the respective data box (e.g., mailbox data). To complete the process, acknowledge the subsequent confirmation prompt with “OK”.

Note: You can only withdraw a product assignment if the group members are not designated for specific administrative tasks, for example as administrators of resource mailboxes or SharePoint site collections.
