Convert Mailbox

The “Convert mailbox” function is available for converting mailboxes with a specific mailbox type into another mailbox type. The following conversions can be made:

• Conversion of a user mailbox into a shared mailbox
• Conversion of a shared mailbox into a user mailbox
• Conversion of a resource mailbox into a shared mailbox

When converting a mailbox, only the mailbox type changes, all existing settings and product options including set permissions are retained.
