Deleting a mailbox

To delete mailboxes, first select one or more mailboxes by activating the check box(es) in the mailbox overview and then click on the “Delete mailbox” button. Then acknowledge the confirmation prompt with “OK”. Please note that the mailbox including all data will then be irretrievably deleted. The quota taken by the respective user will be released and will once again be freely available to you.

Note: If you accidentally remove a mailbox, please contact the Service Desk. A mailbox can only be deleted if the mailbox user is not an administrator of a distribution list or resource mailbox.
