SharePoint users

The menu item “SharePoint users” allows you to manage your SharePoint licenses and license assignments. By assigning SharePoint licenses, you initially entitle users to general membership of SharePoint site collections for a specific license type.

The overview page for your SharePoint users shows you which users have which SharePoint licenses. You can view the details of a SharePoint user by clicking on a SharePoint user in the overview.

You can also use the following functions:

• “Assign SharePoint license” to assign a SharePoint license to a user
• “Withdraw SharePoint license” to withdraw a SharePoint license from a user
