Product profiles

To simplify the assignment of products to users and user groups, Cloud manager gives you the option of creating product profiles. A product profile is a compilation of several products and product options. So for example, you can save the mailbox type “Microsoft Exchange L” with the product option “Quarantine box” under a product profile. When you assign this product profile to a user or a user group, you are thus quickly and efficiently assigning the products and options without explicitly assigning the individual products.

You can see the details of a product profile by clicking on an entry to select it. You then have the option of editing the product profile in the detailed view.

• “Create product profile” function to create a new product profile
• “Delete product profile” function to delete an existing product profile
