Creating a product profile

To create a new product profile, select the “Product profiles” menu item under the “Products” main menu item and then click on the “Create product profile” button.

This will take you to the editing view for creating a new product profile. In the form, select the products and product options that you want the product profile to contain and save your entries by clicking on the “Save” button.

This will then take you back to the overview page for product profiles, where you will see the newly created product profile.

If product profiles have been stored for your organization, you can assign product profiles both when creating a new user and when editing users. For example, when editing a user, click on the “Assign product profile” button.

You can then select the required product profile in the drop-down list.
Note: Please note that you can only assign a product profile if the respective user has not yet been assigned a product profile.
