You can then make the following changes in the edit mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add additional email addresses (aliases)<\/li>\n<li>Remove email addresses (aliases)<\/li>\n<li>Set the primary email address<\/li>\n<li>Change the mailbox license type<\/li>\n<li>Change the mailbox size (mailbox storage)<\/li>\n<li>Enable\/disable additional mailbox options<\/li>\n<li>Enable\/disable the option to hide the mailbox data in your organization\u2019s global address list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that it is only possible to change the mailbox license type or enable additional mailbox options if you have access to freely available licenses for the respective product option.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Assigning a mailbox license<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the \u201cMailbox data\u201d data box, you can assign a mailbox license to a user without an assigned mailbox license and configure the mailbox data accordingly. You can use the same functions for the configuration as for editing the mailbox (see above).\u00a0To do this, click on the \u201cAssign Microsoft Exchange\u201d button. This will then take you to the view for assigning the mailbox license.
