You can then make the following changes in the edit mode:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change the SharePoint license type<\/li>\n<li>Change the (external) email address for email notifications to the SharePoint user (only possible for users without a Microsoft Exchange mailbox or mail-enabled-user email address)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that it is only possible to change the SharePoint license type if you have access to freely available licenses for the respective license type.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Assigning a SharePoint license<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can assign a SharePoint license to a user without an assigned SharePoint license in the \u201cSharePoint user\u201d data box. You can use the same functions for the configuration as for editing the license type (see above).\u00a0To do this, click on the \u201cAssign SharePoint license\u201d button. This will then take you to the view for assigning the SharePoint license.
