To manage your user, shared and resource mailboxes, select the menu item \u201cMailboxes\u201d in the main navigation. You will then see the mailboxes available for your organization.<\/p>\n

All mailboxes set up are displayed in the list. You can see whether a mailbox is a user mailbox or a shared mailbox from the \u201cMailbox type\u201d column. The \u201cMailbox size\u201d column shows how much storage is available for the mailbox. The \u201cStorage space\u201d column shows the percentage utilization of the mailbox (how full it is). The color display of the storage space switches to yellow above a utilization rate of 50 percent and to red above 90 percent. Please note that the calculation of the storage space for a mailbox also includes deleted objects. The level indication information is updated at 15-minute intervals.<\/p>\n

You can switch to the detailed view for a mailbox<\/a> by clicking on a mailbox in the list. You have the option of editing the mailbox data<\/a> in the detailed view.<\/p>\n
