To do this, select the menu item \u201cImport contacts\u201d under \u201cMicrosoft\u00ae Exchange\u201d in the main navigation. You can also use this function when creating a contact. To do this, click on the \u201cImport contacts\u201d button in the editing view for a new contact.<\/p>\n<p>There is a CSV template available for importing several contacts, and you can edit this in Microsoft\u00ae Excel, for example. Please fill out the template carefully with the contact details you require. The following information must always be specified for each contact to be created:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First name<\/li>\n<li>Last name<\/li>\n<li>Display name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jane<\/li>\n<li>Doe<\/li>\n<li>Jane Doe<\/li>\n<li>doe@domain.de<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you have completed the CSV template with the required contact data, it is essential to save the file as a CSV file (delimiter separated) to be able to upload it to Cloud Manager. To upload the .CSV file, first click on the \u201cBrowse\u201d button, then select the appropriate file and click on \u201cImport\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>First you will see a preview of the data records contained in the CSV file.<\/p>\n<p>If you click on \u201cNext\u201d in the preview displayed, the data records in the CSV file are first validated. If the validation is successful, you can start the import by clicking on \u201cNext\u201d in the subsequent dialog.<\/p>\n<p>You can then track the progress of the import via the corresponding entry in the process monitor.<\/p>\n<p>If erroneous records are found in the .CSV file, after validation you will receive a list of all errors that have occurred.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can use the function for importing a contact list to create several contacts in Cloud Manager.
