Forwarding can be set up for existing mailboxes. To do this, click on the \u201cSet up forwarding\u201d button in the \u201cForwarding\u201d data box in the details of a selected mailbox.<\/p>\n
In the edit view that follows, click on one of the two options for forwarding to a mailbox within your organization (\u201cForwarding to a user mailbox\u201d) or for forwarding to an external contact (\u201cForwarding to a contact\u201d).<\/p>\n
You can then select a user or contact for forwarding from the respective drop-down list. To simplify the selection, you can filter the drop-down list by entering characters. Just type in the name of the required user or contact. The selection is immediately filtered for your input.<\/p>\n
The option \u201cKeep copy in mailbox\u201d allows you to specify whether a copy of the forwarded email is kept in the inbox of the actual mailbox recipient. Finally, confirm your entries by clicking on the \u201cSave\u201d button.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
